Changelogs

It's the last changelog of the year 2023! We're proud to introduce the infrastructure monitoring beta to the public! After testing for some time with an invite-only preview, we're so happy to finally open it up.

This month we have a couple of new features to show you. It's not much, as we're working hard on the biggest update of Spectate yet.

Huge features to be introduced, including performance monitoring, user reports for status pages and the new London and New York City locations.

A whole new, faster and easier to navigate, Spectate is here! And not just that. We're also introducing our latest big feature, domain monitoring!

Since we officially launched on the 19th, we have focused on improving the overall performance and stability of Spectate. But... of course, introduced some great features too, including AI-powered status page automation.

This time we're introducing a couple of new features, including AI assistance. Write incident postmortems yourself or ask AI to generate one for you based on the incident's events and share them with your team to reflect on the incident.

First of all, one of our biggest updates is that we are now operating under the domain spectate.net instead of spectatehq.com. We are very glad to drop the hq suffix in this early stage. Next, we have lots of new features to share as we've now laid the foundations for our opinionated incident management workflow.

Now in public beta

We're excited to announce that Spectate is now available in public beta! During this period, access to Spectate is completely free, so you can take advantage of its powerful features without any cost. We're continuously improving Spectate based on user feedback, so we allow you to give it a try and let us know what you think.
