In short: our website sets no cookies, and we use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies anywhere. The cookies we do use are needed to make the Service work or to remember a choice you made. Under Dutch law (Telecommunicatiewet, article 11.7a) these do not need consent, so you will not see a cookie banner.

Our website (spectate.net)

Our website sets no cookies and loads no analytics, advertising or social media trackers, and no fonts or scripts from other companies. If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser remembers that choice in local storage. It is not sent to us.

The dashboard (app.spectate.net)

`XSRF-TOKEN`	Protects you against cross-site request forgery	2 hours after your last activity
`remember_web_…`	Only if you tick "Remember me": keeps you signed in on this browser	400 days, or when you sign out
`spectate_nav-collapsed`	Remembers whether you collapsed the sidebar	When you close your browser

The dashboard also keeps a few preferences in your browser's local storage, such as your theme, the sign-in method you used last and your recent searches. They are not sent to us.

Status pages (*.spectate.page and custom domains)

Status pages are run by our customers and hosted by us. They set no analytics or tracking cookies, only these:

Page views are counted without cookies and without storing your IP address. See our Privacy policy, section 6.

Payment pages

When you subscribe or buy credits, you go to a checkout page of Vatly B.V., our reseller and merchant of record. Vatly and its payment provider Mollie may set cookies on their own pages. Their cookie policies apply there.

Removing cookies

You can delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Without the necessary cookies, you cannot sign in to the dashboard or open private status pages.

Changes

If we start using other cookies, we update this page first, and we will ask for your consent before we ever use cookies that need it.
